This Study was painted with a mixture of watercolour, and oil pastels, and it wasn't meant to capture perfection of my face but rather the texture that i want to apply on the background of the portrait. It was influenced by Louis le Brocquy ,not by his spirit-like portraits but by his freedom when applying the brushstrokes
